CREATING THE
GAME PLAN

Effective game plans are built on the foundation of 3 key intake tools, (a) the patient's goal setting worksheet and (b) the referring practitioner's orthopaedic exam (c) the results of your evaluation and testing. Once we fully understand your current condition and your target we can start to put pieces in place to support you in getting there.

UNDERSTANDING 
GAME PLAN

Once we've considered all elements of your goals, our practitioner's clinical impression and the objective testing, we will share our findings and plan in a consolidated report. We prioritize effective design, reporting and the planning tools to support transparency and collaboration across all aspects of your care. We create concise and shared documents for you, your supporting practitioners and any outside stakeholders such as surgeons, family doctors and sport coaches. During your follow up, you will receive a report with your Gameplan, your testing results, a training plan overview as well as a detailed exercise program with video demonstrations.

EXECUTING THE
GAME PLAN

Our highly trained and credentialed coaches /  specialists are industry leaders in supporting the proper and effective execution of exercise programming. The value of their work is in their ability to coach your movement quality and quickly respond to your changing needs and movement capacity to appropriately progress, regress or modify your program. The end result is that you get better faster and you unlock new levels of performance in the process. As you work towards your goals, objectives and clinical discharge, you will have the option to train 1:1 with your coach and / or in our supervised gym sessions.

BOOKING YOUR
FIRST MONTH

4 APPOINTMENTS

1. INITIAL SPORT SCIENCE ASSESSMENT & TESTING - 1HR
- Your strength coach will review you personal goals and needs. 
- You will undergo a full warm-up and activation with your coach. 
- You will perform some movement screens and tests that are appropriate to your condition and your injury history. 
- You will receive some initial movement cueing and feedback.
Behind the Scenes: Our team will be performing video and data analysis to inform and create your individualized game plan. 

2. PROGRAM FOLLOW UP - 1HR
- Your strength coach will review your report and present a summary of identified needs
Review Personalized Performance Program and its phases and progression plan.  
- Work through the first part of your rehab program with coach cueing and instruction. 
Behind the Scenes: Our Coaches will modify and update program as needed

3. "ONE ON ONE" COACHING SESSIONS - 1HR
-  Review Day 1 and address questions or concerns
- Work through Day 2 of the program with instruction, coaching and cueing.

*When part of your ongoing rehab, these services can be covered by private healthcare benefit plans. 

2 WAYS TO TRAIN

GOT YOUR PROGRAM? 

A. 1 : 1 PERSONAL TRAINING WITH A STRENGTH COACH

$95.00 (per 1hr session)

- Here you will have 1-on-1 coaching, program adaptations, & access to all  equipment and technology needs.

- This is often recommended for complex injuries, or in cases where the client  needs much coach cueing to perform a difficult task well.

- Clients may elect to have 1-3 sessions/ week, based on goals & needs analyses.

B. FOLLOW YOUR PROGRAM IN OUR SUPERVISED GYM

$125.00 (per month, unlimited 1hr sessions)

- Designed for those who are now comfortable with their program.

- Provides the client access to a Sport Science Coach, if any questions

- Provides access to the gym space and full equipment & technology. 

- Designed for those who need to train often, complex injuries & big goals.

*Not Billable under Private Insurance
