EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST
Ashley Charlebois is a Registered Dietitian and a CSEP Certified Exercise Physiologist who is passionate about combining the two fields of nutrition and physiology to optimize performance amongst athletes. Ashley is currently working as the Performance Nutrition Research and Development Officer for a specialized group within the Canadian Armed Forces. Prior to this Ashley worked full-time as the Team Dietitian for the Buffalo Sabres. She was the Director of Nutrition at Fortius Sport & Health in Vancouver when they first opened. Between her work at Fortius and her time being self-employed, Ashley has worked with various other professional athletes such as the Toronto Raptors and Vancouver Whitecaps FC; as well as national and provincial level athletes such as Skate Canada, Triathlon Canada, and Gymnastics BC. She also enjoys working with recreational athletes. Ashley's niche area is supporting athletes with digestive health disorders optimize their health and performance through nutritional strategies.

Ashley has a M.Sc. in Exercise Physiology, IOC Diploma in Sport Nutrition, is a Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics (CSSD), and is a Level 1 ISAK Anthropometrist. She is a member of the College of Dietitians of Ontario, College of Dietitians of British Columbia, Dietitians of Canada, and the Commission of Dietetic Registration (CDR) in the United States. Christine Tardif has been working in dietetics since 2014. She's passionately served as a performance dietician for the Canadian Special Forces and as an Education, Research and Development Officer for the Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services. She is passionate about educating patients so that they might unlock new levels of performance through improved nutrition and supplementation.
