We have carefully built a team of Sport Science professionals that are united around the common purpose of supporting our community in reaching their rehab and performance goals. We use medical-grade objective data to support collaboration across each discipline. Every member brings their expertise to the table.

PHASE 2:
CORRECTIVE MOVEMENT
In phase 2, we build on controlled range of motion and stability work with the goal to re-establish quality full body, functional movement patterns. During this phase, you are still working with a physio or chiro but we will likely start to introduce some other experts to help promote quality movement and increase stregnth gains.

PHASE 3:
RE-CONDITIONING
Phase 3 is a gradual progression in exercise volume and intensity that includes components such as strength, power and workload. This is a critical stage in recovery as we start to regain the qualities that help us do the things we love. This is where the collaboration of our team comes to life. Often our physio's are working with exercise physiologists, biomechanists and strength coaches to design and deliver cutting edge programming to target very specific deficits in your recovery.

PHASE 4:
RETURN TO ACTIVITY
In phase 4 we re-introduce sport specific training including skill work, practices and controlled games. This often includes chaos / decision making drills to simulate the demands of competition while in a fatigued state. This way, when you get back on the field of play, you're ready, you're confident and you're able to withstand the rigours of your sport.
